TLDR: get the corned beef hash for brunch but be aware that the poached egg isn?t very runny. My partner and I went here for... brunch before seeing a movie at the capital. XYZ is one of my favorite neighborhood bars in town, but for as long as I've been coming here, I had no idea there was a private... event space upstairs. So not only are they great people who serve great beer and killer food to guests, but they've been awesometo work with for our Secret Society Comedy pop-up shows. The upstairs space is huge and it feels like home. If you're lookingfor a spot to host a dinner or other event, it's right in the middle of Gordon Square. Read more
