Everytime we are here they are out of food. The hostess/take out individual was very unhelpful. We were told they are "about" to... be out of wings and burgers. So we asked, are you or are you not out? We were told "about to". So we try and order toimmediately be told by the staff member that we're out. Ridiculous. Just left BWW. Went with my family and one friend. Party of six. From the time we walked in you could see that it was going to... be a bad experience. Waiters and hostess standing by the table they made for us talking about how they did not want to sit atable of six. We waited about ten minutes and took our seats. No big deal right. Wrong! No one would come to help us. After twoother tables were seated and got drink orders we decided it would be best to just leave. It is extremely aggravating to havesuch rude people to deal with when eating out in Cleveland. This is becoming the new normal and it needs to stop. Read more
Here lately every Thursday service has gotten better in evenings, few months ago service absolutely sucked people spent more... time on their phones than serving their customers. There's one girl Amber who works on Thursdays for BOGO and is super fast andkeeps our drinks filled. She needs to be training these other girls how to serve. Read more

We went to have a nice dinner with my family of 5, ended up having a terrible experience. Everyone gets their food execpt me.... Our Waitress was terrible. I never got my food, so they made for me Togo. When I got home, they combined one of the spiciestwings with not spicy, super frustrating, HOWEVER, their manager Alex went above and beyond to make things right.
