SO GLAD we have one in Cleveland now. I only ever get the Monte Cristo. And Mack, our waitress was as sweet as could be.

The staff is nice enough, but don't seem well trained or organized. Hosts and staff have difficulty keeping track of what tables... are taken and what tables need to be checked on. Food comes to the table cool to the touch and lacks flavor and kitchen seems todeliver meals haphazardly with no rhyme or reason to what comes out and when. Appetizers seldom make it to the table and entreeswill be missing sides. Any potatoes ordered will be dry and undercooked. Have been 3 times now and probably will not be back tothis Cheddars. Food is priced too high for the quality of the experience. Read more
My husband and I came here for dinner. They have friendly service and we were seated right away. I ordered a salad, steak w/... shrimp, and baked potato. The salad was good and had a good amount of dressing on it. The steak was really undercooked so I sentit back and had no problems doing so. My steak came back cooked perfect and it was tasty! I ended up getting two baked potatoesand both were not very warm and undercooked but I didn?t mention it. My husband had shrimp pasta and it was delicious!
