Quality has went very low, prices are way to expensive for such a low quality food. ... This place used to have the best food,... now they have increased prices, that's understandable however they have lowered food quality. The meat taste like the fake meatthey serve at Taco Bell and they put so little cheese on the food, you can barely see it, let alone taste it. Read more

Food is great but the beverage selection is second maybe third rate. Fazoli's has recently switched to Pepsi cola on fountain.... Thank goodness they still had some Gold Peak tea in their tea urns to sell through. My family & I will not return. Read more

We have eaten at the Cleveland location many times and it has always been great, until last night. We understand mistakes happen... so when our order was giving to the car in front of us it was no big deal. But to watch what appeared to be a manager belittlethe girl because of it, and then to watch the manager talk about this girl to another employee when the girl walked out to givean order to a waiting car was not professional. On top of that our food was horrible, my wife's chicken penne pesto was like achild's size compared to my order of loaded chicken fettuccine. Now my wife's food was supposed to have chicken in it I guessyou can say the 2 little pieces was chicken. My food had plenty of chicken but it was so salty you couldn't eat it. There wasbarely any sauce on mine and the broccoli looked like it had gone through a forest fire it was burnt. We didn't mind waitingfor them to remake our food because again those mistakes happen. But when you pay almost 10.00 for food a piece it would be niceif it was worth paying for. I don't think we will be going back and I know our 3 trips a month we normally make there isn'tgoing to hurt their business. But knowing with managers like that and food like that our money won't be wasted anymore.
