I just got Taco Bell from here and I ordered through the online app i chose the online exclusive build your own box I really... like the Doritos Locos taco and even though it cost more I decided to get it as a side when I got there to pick up my order theytold me they were out I asked if I could replace it with a 5 layer burrito (which is one of the options and cheaper than theoption I chose) the manager would not allow it I love Taco Bell and frequent this one often infact I think Taco Bell hasimproved a lot since a year ago but this was very upsetting Read more

I had to have my burrito remade twice, which wouldn?t have been a big deal (it was an issue with the app not sending the order... correctly to the store). However, the girl in the window not only accused me of ordering it incorrectly but also called the app?re****ed?, which is EXTREMELY offensive. I asked if she could get her manager after she said that word. He came to the window.When I told him what happened, he literally rolled his eyes at me and said, ?I?ll take care of it?. Hit drive thru on October 30 and ordered the nacho fries deluxe box.where do I start?get home and the fries are ice cold ,soggy... and only about half full and the cheese dipping sauce was cold .the beefy 5 layer I ordered with no beans had very little meatand no shredded cheese.the steak chalupa had only 5 pieces of steak.I had to line the steak pieces up just so they would stretchthe length of the chalupa but they didn't quit make it to the edges.i went ahead and ate the chalupa as I was hungry and therewas still enough steak to make it edible.so I take the rest back and the girl only offers to replace the burrito and fries andcheese sauce.i tell her at the speaker the burrito had no beans but she didn't respond so we drive up to the window and wait.sheopens the window to give us the food and I mention again the burrito is no beans and she responds,"yeah I heard you".okay so bythe time we get home the taco is cold since they didn't offer to replace that also, even though i had to go all the way homethen back to taco bell then back home again.i felt it should have been replaced with the other food so everything would havebeen hot like it should have been the first time.the taco shell was also hard and chewy so I was only able to eat the bottomwhere the meat was.it was like eating some really old chips that sat on top of the refrigerator for months.mistakes happen butthat's too many for one order and the attitude with no apology got me also.i dont ask to be comped anything,I just want thecorrect order done right at least by the second trip.I swore off Arby's this week and I guess I'm done with taco bell also.itsoverpriced for what you get anyway.most of the meals are $9-$10 but I can find something at a Mexican restaurant that is higherquality and more filling for $10-$11.if I want fast food I guess I'll stick with sonic.below are the pics I took of the firstfood I got.
