I love Popeyes and have been visiting this location often since it opened 5 years ago. They?ve had a lot of trouble maintaining... staff and I have had horrible quality food and service here in the past but when it?s good, it?s great. It seems like they aregetting a lot better. Today I had 5 star service and great food as well, and thought it merited a good review. I didn?t catchthe name of the girl at the drive-thru with purple hair but she provided outstanding customer service, some of the best serviceI?ve had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. Not only did they forget 2 orders of fries (again). They gave us 3 cups with ice filled almost to the top. Almost no soda in the... cup because it was all ice. The photos is after the ice had melted some, i would guess it was filled to the top. Someone musthave got a laugh out of this. We got a few sips and the cups were empty. This place is a joke, a year ago i didnt have anyissues, but the last 6 months they have progressively got worse and worse. Whoever owns this franchise is losing thousands a day. A half-hour in the drive through behind 3 cars and in front of six plus.... You need to put your big boy pants on, hire and pay, a real manager/team leader. Not that you were under staffed. There was 6people behind the counter. Seriously, you are losing a lot of money. Case and point, we drove one block to KFC, ordered and hadour food in under 10 minutes. Love your food wish I had time to by it. Read more

We love Popeyes, and we only get to eat there when we get to Grand Junction. The last 2 times we have had to wait for 8-10... minutes for chicken. At lunch time! This last visit was 8 minutes and when we were able to eat the chicken, it tasted likeit was fried in old oil. Our chicken sandwiches were fine. Read more
