Decided to give this place a try after church and I was very pleased. The customer service was by far some of the best I've ever... received! I like the fact that they ask how spicy you want your dish 1-10; the spice was very good, I've been to other Thairestaurants and when I asked for their highest heat level I was thoroughly disappointed. The food was very tasty but the noodles(pad see ew) were on the thinner side and the beef was a little too cooked for my liking. I prefer medium well but that's justmy preference. I stumbled across this spot for lunch and called in my order. I ordered the drunken noodle with shrimp lunch special and it only... came up to a little over $10. The man that took my order was super nice. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walkedinto this cute restaurant. I was greeted and my food was ready. The meal came with a drink. Today’s lunch brings us to my favorite family owned Thai ???????? establishment outside of Bergen county. I’ve been coming... to Clifton Thai located on Parker Avenue for many years and didn’t disappoint. Upon arrival after two years for inside diningat this cozy restaurant, I was greeted and welcomed by one of the owners, Jib. Reservation is highly recommended for dinner andon weekends. The menu features a wide range of Thai dishes with meat or vegetarian options. My server was Juan who’s friendly.As an appetizer, I wanted to try out their Thai Empanadas (potato, chicken, onion , curry powder) with a house dipping sauce.For the main dish, I ordered the lunch special Chicken Pad See-Ew (Sautéed Flat Rice Noodles Thai Broccoli & Egg In Sweet SoySauce) included a soda. The empanadas came out hot and amazingly tasty as the curry wasn’t too strong. The Pad See-Ew wasflavorful and the right serve portion.
