The place was packed however the kind... cashier that took my order named ?Amy? was extremely nice and placed my order exactly the way I wanted it with out anyhesitation. Ordered 2 full size salads, what a disappointment!! Panera was one of our favorite places for salads, not any more, I could have... got a better salad at McDonald's drive thru. I'm a sip club member here and they're constantly out of Pepsi and diet Pepsi. Not sure who does their inventory management but... it seems pretty simple to place an order for more Pepsi and diet Pepsi syrup as soon as you have only a couple remaining. I usually never write a review but I was treated uncomfortable. I came at 8:45pm knowing they close at 9pm. That is 15 minutes,... plenty of time before they close. Numerous of people also came in after me. Two teen girls were yelling to each other ? whocomes in 10 min before we close, are you serious, they can go eat somewhere else?. I and other people heard them and honestly wefelt so uncomfortable and honestly rude. We are right next to you and hear you, why would Panera employees say that? That isterrible customer service and I haven?t been back since this happened to me. So sad. Read more
