Enjoyed the food and ambience here. I got the tacos which was excellent. This place is packed on weekends and might have a wait.... Service was okay but it was quick. Read more

F- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had heard great things about this place but was sadly not impressed and would be better off going to... Taco Bell for a higher quality alternative. The first round of "Supreme" Nachos was lacking onions, jalapeños, black beans, refired beans, melted cheese (It had cheese but it was cold), had a very tiny scoop of sour cream, oh and of course a LARGEBLACK HAIR. Basically the Supreme Nachoes was chips, meat, cold cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and human hair. We sent it backjust to get a regurgitated version of our previous dish, it was just retopped with more lettuce and tomatoes and sent back out. 100% sure it was not remade. They also charged us for it FULL price. Also charged us for the additional sour cream andjalapeños which even with this, would not call it a Supreme Nahco. Not sure how they have multiple levels of Nachos with thisas the Supreme. Wonder if the base level it's just tortilla chips. This Supreme is more of a basic nacho you get a Taco Bell andthe meat tasted like Taco Bell meat, low quality flavor. You can see the comparison to Taco Bells Nachos in my photos. Noticefrom my other reviews I am usually very generous with the stars, and flexible with food choices, but this place really hit homeas the 1-star place I was missing and gladly so. I absolutely won't be back and highly recommend alternative Mexican Foodoutlets in the area. I have frequently visited the others and never displeased. Also the $8 chips and dip was excessive whenmost of the competition offer this for free and this was not mentioned on the upsell to Queso (which was comparable toMoes). Overall just a really bad experience ???? Read more

They increased their prices from $15 for 3 tacos to $18 and the tacos were not even full. Felt like being cheated. They also... charge $2 just for an extra salsa source and the source was only half filled. Greedy people Read more

The food is usually excellent as well as dine in service and atmosphere. However, I wish they would pay more attention to their... take out orders. The past few times picking up a to go order for lunch, I end up sitting and waiting for the order long after mypick up time. I would not care as much if I wasn't expected back to my job at a certain time. But today, I sat and waited formine and my co-workers orders for a full 25 minutes past the designated pick up time. It was not very busy - maybe 4 tablesdining in. That tells me they are not paying attention to online orders coming through and are preparing the meals once I arriveto pick up. There is also never even so much as a simple apology for the wait. What should have been a quick 20 minutes out ofthe office turned into 50 and not one person even said sorry let alone did anything else to compensate for time lost. Also, because I waited for my co-workers order long after mine came out, I got back to the office and the tortillas were soggy andinedible. Not impressed today. As I said, dine in is a completely different story and always a pleasurable experience. This maybe my last time ordering to go, however. Read more
