This was our first time here and we were very pleasantly surprised! We ordered delicious, interesting drinks to start. The... arancini rice balls and meatball appetizers were amazing. Each of the four of us ordered a different item from the dinner menuand we were all amazed with the flavor. I really wanted a chicken parm and although that itself is not on the menu, the waitresslet me know that I was able to get it as a side. It was probably the best I've had. The pasta tasted fresh and the sauce wasrich and flavorful. We ordered the Italian sugar donuts and some coffee drinks to top it off. We were highly satisfied and wewill be back. Also, I want to shout out how professional and helpful our waitress was. She was knowledgeable and very gracious. Read more

How do I begin to describe the disappointment and sub par “rustic Italian” experience that was had? I mean, anyone who can... read between lines can get a sense of the disdain I feel towards this establishment. Now, I’m not the one who chose thiseatery, as a friend chose it to celebrate an occasion. The menu seemed promising, with meal descriptions that makes you realizeyou’re salivating and craving some good Italian-esque food. Our Olsen sister look a like waitress spoke low in volume despitethe the loud surroundings. It was difficult for the entire table (a small party of six) to even hear the words coming out of hermouth. It was a Friday night, and it was packed. You should know that this was not a quiet evening. The service in general didnot feel like it warranted anything beyond a basic 15% tip/gratuity, let alone a 10% one. Especially when more than half theparty felt like it was undeserved. The wait staff seemed pretentious as they stated “oh yeah, they don’t understand thenames of the dishes.” Barely checking in on how things are going with the table when the station to enter orders is literallyin the other side of the railing? That’s sad. The food. Where do I even begin on the disappointment and sadness? The onlygood, which I did not even try, was apparently the calamari. The meatballs for an appetizer seemed over seasoned with salt. Notsure if that was from the sauce or the cheese. But it was possibly there to mask the underwhelming, Luke warm balls of proteinunderneath. Then between appetizers and the main meals, the wait was most definitely NOT worth it. When ordering a full sizedsalad, you do not expect the half size order to be about the same size. That’s one overcharged meal right there. Then I hadordered sausage crumbles to be added to my meal. One would assume (that’s my fault) that the sausage would be one, some kindof Italian sausage, and it would actually be crumbles. What came out was nothing of the sort. It was sliced, sad, cold, Read more

Ordered two appetizers online, purposely before the dinner rush so that the wait wouldn't be too long. Placed my order for "as... soon as possible" pick up. Waited for more than 40 minutes for my order to be completed. Unfortunately, it is unlikely I willorder from here again with this kind of time commitment for such a small order. Read more
