Food great, prices reasonable, service decent; REALLY needs a good cleaning!!! Lots of dust on the straight surfaces and cobwebs... hanging from the light fixtures in the booths. Also menus were sticky and dog-eared. Facility really needs some TLC. For alocal hotspot that is generally busy, the incentive to dot that final ?I? should go without saying. 8/11/2022 We went here, we waited for our table, which is fine. We were seated inside and brought popcorn. It took about 10... minutes for our waitress to come over to take our drink order. We then waited another 8 minutes for our drinks. We put ourorder in at that point and it took another 30 minutes to get our food. During those 30 minutes, not once did the waitress askus if we needed a drink re-fill, etc. I had 3 of my kids with me. When she brought us our food, she left out my cup of chili,I asked her for extra napkins and a re-fill on the drinks for the kids. She says, "you will have to wait a minute". Tryanother 8 minutes before she brought this stuff to us. The food was just ok and in my opinion this waitress was terrible. Ideal with people in my career and if I handled my clients this way, I wouldn't have any. Needless to say, I will not be goingback here. Generally a fine place. I have eaten there a few times and can say with confidence it's like most New England American pub... restaurant. Good food, homely atmosphere. Has some nice outdoor seating despite not having a view. I will say my last mealthere stood out. I had a swordfish taco special that was really good and very different than most of the menu. Will not be returning. I would come to the Pub every once and awhile but yesterday when I came in and got a burger it was like... eating charcoal. I ordered my burger medium well and it looked well done. I tried to eat the burger but it tasted horrible. Ilet this older women with glasses who worked there know that the burger was done too well and she told me that?s how it supposedto look. She said she couldn?t do anything then tried to take my plate to the kitchen to ask the chefs if it was medium well. Ididn?t feel comfortable with her handling the food I was going to have to pay for regardless. I alway order my burgers mediumwell and they are NEVER all brown on the inside with burnt burnt outside.the waitress was nice but overall service sucked.Prices are really high as well, wouldn?t recommend this place.
