Wish I could give a zero stars. This has never been my favorite Casey?s in town I?ve always preferred the one by the highway... but, for convenience purposes I ordered delivery. I had a pretty simple order: A large pepperoni,taco pizza, chicken tenders,apint of Half Baked and cheese bread. I had ordered it at 5:30. It was nearing 7:30 so I called and asked if everything was okay.I was told the delivery driver just left. I live 5min away so I figured it wouldn?t be much longer. Another 30min went by. Hefinally showed up at 8. Our food was cold, I didn?t get my chicken tenders or any of the sauces. I also didn?t even get theright flavor of ice cream. I called and they said they?d bring by the chicken. It never showed up. So I called 2 hours later andasked for my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. I would have gone in and got it myself but my girlfriend and I have been reallysick and wanted something fast and didn?t want to get out possibly making others sick. I know that places can get busy but our experience tonight was awful. We ordered our food at 5:30 and the app said it was going... to be at our house by 6:30. By 7:30 we decided to call since it hasn?t shown up. We call and they said they were walking outwith it. Another half hour goes by. Finally get our food and you can tell it was out for a while. They also forgot part of ourorder. I called the store again and asked for the stuff they forgot. ANOTHER half hour goes by. Finally I call and just ask forour money back. We were refunded but this was the worst experience I have had with a Casey?s. Never ordering delivery from hereever again. Read more
Called to place a large pizza order. Was told after years of getting deliveries for years we were out of area. When I asked... for a mgr I was hung up on. They repeatedly asked me to call back in 10 min. Bad. Service. Read more
