Nice clean place. About the only problem was you can hear the ice machine and or refrigerators running during my friends... wedding. But other than that I would recommend it. Read more

My job is to rate local companies in the Eastern Iowa facilities. I thought this place was exceptional! The food was great and... staff was great! The only thing I can recommend was hire a heavy duty cleaning crew! I am a big bathroom grader in my job and itwasn't bad but It can do some work! I have a guy who can help you with this. The food was perfectly seasoned and plentiful, the ribs fall off the bone tender &succulent, and the service fantastic. I've never walked away from Gil's Ballroom hungry, or less than impressed.
