Purchased a gift card for a friends birthday. She went to use it not even a month later and the lady at the window told her it... was expired. If you look at the back of their gift cards, it specifically says that they do not expire. They proceeded to throwthe gift card away. I called the store and the manager was very rude. She asked me to drive up there to get the situation fixed.I did not keep the receipt due to the fact the gift card does not expire, so all I had was my bank statement to prove Ipurchased it.
