it took an hour and a half before the delivery driver left with my family's order. When I called to see what was going on I was... told twice that my order was on the way by the same person who called me a liar saying that I hadn't spoken to him. SMH. I called my order in. The woman who answered have me a price and asked me to pay by card upfront. She said I couldn't use cash .... When I got to the store they didn't have my order. Not to mention the price I was asked to pay upfront was 20 dollars more thanthe price in the store. Read more
This location has gone beyond downhill in the past few months. The only reason they still get orders is because they are the... only pizza delivery in town. Tonight, I placed an order at 6:19. At 6:31, the online tracker said it was being "qualitychecked". At 7:20, I called to see what the issue was and the kid who answered the phone just said "I don't know". When Iasked who did, he said, "I don't know". I asked for a manager and he hung up on me. I immediately got an email that my orderwas canceled. This place has really gone down hill. The food does not taste as good as it used to. Tonight I was told it would take 1 hour and... 45 minutes to get my food. Two hours later I still didn?t have it. I called and they said it was sitting in the store. I toldthem to cancel my order and refund my card. Spoke to the manager who acted like he really didn?t care about my dissatisfaction.Then after telling them to cancel my order it shows up at my door. Needless to say I sent it back!!!
