What a great place with charming atmosphere!! We had two specials and could not eat it all!! We wanted to but we were so full! ... I had the Calabash chicken and my wife had the fish sandwich. So much great tasting chicken and so much fish! There three orfour filets on the sandwich!!!! Slaw was great as were the hush-puppies. Simply a great meal, great time and super affordable. We ordered online and picked up on our way to Flat Rock. It was amazing. Great selection! Great prices! The food quality was... amazing. The amount of food was unbelievable. It took 15 minutes from order to pick up. We were just so shocked that it wassuch a nice place right off of 26 with all of the truck stops and fast food. We were only in SC for one day and needed a quick bite to eat. Googled this spot. The restaurant was clean. Very spacious so... eventhough it was a Sunday and the place was quite busy no one was cramped for space. The service was great. The waitress wasfriendly and nice. Food arrived promptly and was hot. The little hush puppy things are fabulous. We ordered the chickenalfredo, shrimp dinner, and a combination appetizer plate that contained shrimp, onion rings, cheese sticks, and chickenfingers. The kid ordered chicken nuggets and broccoli. Salad (although it was iceberg ????) was fresh.The food was good. Alsoordered the strawberry cheesecake which was a vanilla cake crust topped with cheesecake mixture and strawberries. If you happento be in the area you should stop in and give it a try. Read more
