I found two long hairs in the middle of my ice cream. Like mixed into it. I'm not sure if it was deliberate. I'm sure it wasn't.... But nonetheless I'm disgusted. I work in food myself and understand that mistakes happen, but what are you doing to makemultiple hair strands fall out like that around ice cream? Just so weird. Read more
These guys did such a great job on a busy night. They hooked my husband up for his birthday! Gave him such a bevels portion and... weren't stingy at all. He had a great time! It tasted fantastic and they always have new fun flavors. Not many table areas tosit though. They could use a few outside. The consistency between the amount of ice cream you get is really annoying. You wait in line for 20-40m for a 50/50 shot they... give you the correct amount. Seems like when you order online it's almost always to little. If they staffed the place moreappropriately and had better management it might not be so bad. It seems owners are not worried about the feedback becausecustomers keep coming. Read more
