I ordered lunch at this location. When I got back to work, I realized my order was missing a couple items. I went ahead and... filled out the survey. Within less than 20 minutes, the store manager accommodated for the mistake caused, and he reached outpersonally to apologize. Even though my ordered was not fully fulfilled, I am still satisfied as a consumer because of the stepstaken to fix this issue. I will definitely be returning to this location and over Cafe Rio because they showed me that I will betaken care of. I appreciate what the manager did for me, and went above and beyond to keep me satisfied! Read more

We used to love this place, but they changed their shredded beef recipe and it?s awful now. The way it?s seasoned makes it taste... like pork. It?s sweet and also quite dry. My father in law who is unable to digest pork wouldn?t even eat his bc he didn?t trustthat it wasn?t pork. I?m sad to say we won?t be returning as Costa customers anymore. Read more

We ordered dinner to pick up. When we got it home we saw that the majority of our order was either not right or very skimped on.... We asked for no beans and double rice, we got no beans and very minimal rice- one of the meals had about a tablespoon of rice.In one of the meals there was no rice at all. In the burrito we ordered there was barely any meat, it was tortilla. I called tospeak to the manager because we paid $70 for this dinner. He advised they they are starting to cut back on the amount of foodthey are giving people due to budget. I asked if they were then cutting back on prices as well because we are still paying theand amount. He stated prices are staying the same and said he will just take note of my complaints. When paying almost $100 forfast food they should at least give you what ask for. Read more

I'm going to start going some place else now. For whatever reason they aren't giving the same portions as before. I ordered a... burrito smothered. The sauce didn't even cover the burrito. Everytime we questioned things they just kept telling me, " thatcosts extra" . Since when? So to get the burrito fully covered costs more ? On top of paying to have it smothered? My wifeordered the salad and the lettuce hardly covered the very little meat they did put on. But to get it covered it costs extra.It's a salad people. Very frustrating. Read more

Very disappointed with costa vida!! I went in to get 2 grilled chicken tacos with just Pico de gallo. And 2 resberry chicken... with everything. That's how much cheese and chicken they got on the tacos!. I always love costa vida!! But!! This is ridiculousexpensive for how much food I got. The people that works there is friendly but the company need to get better in opinion. Read more

We go to Costa Vida several times a month. I love the salads, burritos, and especially the nachos. I have noticed as of late... that the salad dressing is more ?watered down?. Still tastes great but not as thick as other competitors Read more

Usually I prefer the Clinton Costa Vida over the other locations in Davis county, however, yesterday I was sorely disappointed.... I ordered a burrito and nachos via the app and had my husband go pick it up. When I opened up the bag this is what my nachoslooked like- I took all of the top nachos off and that left only 1/4th cup of the bottom nachos, and 1/4th cup sweet pork andpinto beans that I could eat. I understand they are understaffed but this is unacceptable. I don?t understand how someone wouldthink that this is edible. This should have been remade- especially since I could only eat MAYBE $2 worth of this over $9 meal. Read more

We love this Costa Vida location. Everyone is always so nice and efficient. We've never had any problems here, ever. We went... here on Saturday and Kamron and Kylie were both awesome and super friendly. It's nice to have people with a sense of humor whoaren't so concerned with pushing you through the line. We loved that. The food was delicious, as always. They recently remodeledand the place looks awesome! They're getting new chairs this week. Love the bright colors with the beachy vibe. Josh is a greatmanager who is also super kind and accommodating. Lastly, I always appreciate that they have Horchata! I feel like otherlocations are always out, it's gross, or their machine isn't working. Thanks, guys! Read more
