Never had a burned cheeseburger bun at McDonald?s but all of ours were. Burgers were also cold. Stingey with sauce, when I asked... for ketchup they gave us 3 packets for 3 meals. The manager and gal that served us were great. Made it easy by taking our order instead of using the crazy kiosks. Fries were... hot and salty! They need to get the emergency exit alarm fixed so it doesn't beep every 3 minutes. Read more

The local McDonald's are not for food. I only use them for drinks and that's when it's too late to go anywhere else and I'm... desperate. I was sorry, this was one of those moments. App didn't work. I tried the mobile app. It took them over 30 min to bring the food out to me and then it was dead cold. So I have the one guy... take it back. And a girl comes out and tells me that the ice cream machine is broke and asks what else I would want. Thenproceeds to hand me the bag of cold food back. I live close to the Roy location, but the Clinton store is sooo much better! The Graveyard Crew is AWESOME! they work hard and... fast to get orders out and the girl taking orders is always so happy to talk to customers! I will definitely be coming back tothis location!! Double qtr pounder. The patty's were smashed so bad it was like charcoal with cheese on it. Wanted some comfort food. Got a... burger that has made me sick for an hour and I only took 2 small crunchy bites. Sick! My daughter got a regular qtr pounder sameresult.
