Ordered the s'mores bars tonight. They didn't have the proper container and made it in a none oven safe container. They didn't... tell me a different container was used. Followed directions and ended up with this mess and a house full of smoke. I called theyadmitted to using the wrong container and gave my money back for s'mores bars. No apologies and return recipe says it was areturn because I disliked it not because of there mistake. Read more

Worst place ever. I understand a Saturday night before Halloween can be busy. My complaint though is knowing I ordered online... for pickup at 4pm. When I get there the order is not ready, so I wait for 1 hour 45 minutes as people walking in or otheronline/call in orders placed after me are served ahead of mine. I tried the classic Italian pizza tonight and it was amazing! I highly recommend it! Papa Murphy?s always does a great job... making their pizza and I love that I could pick this up earlier in the day and cook in in the evening when it was convenient forme. 10/10 recommend!???????? Read more
