Had the soft taco combo. It was a good size taco with lots of filling. It came with tots which were good. I like that they have... a salsa bar for the additional hot sauces. The counter people were friendly. Only bad thing for me is no Coke Zero, only dietCoke. Read more
Love the food but horrible service. We got charged double and didn't get what we ordered. Noticed when we got home I tried... calling them several times and the manager and left a VM and never got a response back. Not going back. Read more
$18 for 4 beef crisp Burritos.. they refused to call it beef so meat Burritos.. I have no idea what meat they used but that's... insane and they claim the have cheese inside but I've never seen any trace of cheese so thats probably another lie.. Edit: I'mnever coming back Read more
Horrible customer service. A mouthy cook that has clearly worked there a decade too long and thinks she's the manager. The... delusion is strong with THAT one. The real supposed manager AKA the franchise owner's son could barely string a sentencetogether let alone put in an order without taking 10 minutes. It's sad all these Taco Times are closing but with prices andservice like this is it any wonder? Get to this place while you can because I assure you it won't be around much longer... Knowthat! My family loves TacoTime! While they are not fastest at getting your food to you, it has always been hot and fresh. I went there... for lunch today and all I got to say is someone better give Sally a raise cause she certainly deserves one! She rung me up andhas the best customer service skills! First of all, it was delicious. I grew up on Taco Time. And I?m not sure who to blame these days. But, I would not recommend... their taco salad, because of price. It was way too small for the value. A simple taco would?ve had more meat in it, and cost alot less. It was mainly lettuce. So I?m disappointed in my meal. I got it to go, now I have to find something else in thehouse to fill me up. We ordered crisp meat burritos, a crisp bean burrito, mexi-fries, stuffed mexi-fries, regular tots, and cinnamon crustos. The... cinnamon crustos are delicious. The crisp meat burritos are also pretty good. The mexi-fries were disappointing. Very smallportion and the tots weren't as crispy with the melted cheese on them. Was told it would be 10-15 mins for our order when we walked in and there was 2 other people in the store. There were a few cars... in the drive thru but that should NOT be more important than customers who are in front of you, everyone should be taken inturn. The food was lukewarm by the time we got it. The mexi-fries with cheese looked over cooked & the cheese had alreadycongealed. The price of the LARGE order is $4.99 but is NOT WORTH IT! The green chilie enchiladas were small and pathetic. Theonly things that were a decent size were the regular chicken enchilada platter and the tostada delight....but again,lukewarm. We paid $40 for a small salad, 1 platter, 2 shriveled enchiladas & 2 empanadas (which they didn't mark so we had toguess which one was which). We will NEVER return to this Taco Time ever again!
