Ghetto and rude. Worst customer service. I ordered through the Wendy?s app which goes through door dash for delivery. Well I... ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich and when I received my order I realized they gave me a plain chicken sandwich without thesauce packet nor fork for the fries. But the sauce and fork are whatever. So I called back and was gonna just ask if I walk backif I can get the sandwich replaced but she said the sandwich is no longer available. So I said why didn?t you contact us (I?veworked at 3 different fast food chains and you are 100% able to contact the customer and if you don?t want to you can tell thedoor dasher to call the customer) instead of giving me a plain sandwich. She proceeded to get rude and hang up abruptly. Icalled back again to which I received the same attitude and got hung up on again. I had to call about 4 more times before sheanswered again which at that point I asked for the franchise or corporate number which said she doesn?t know but claimed to bethe manager at first then once I mention higher ups she bumped down to assistant manager. I asked if I can have her name and sherefused. Overall just don?t go messed up my order last time as well when I went there in person. Read more
Before I headed out to get my yummy Baconator right before midnight, I checked Google online and it says Wendy's by my house is... open until 2 a.m. I headed out only to get there and it was closed!! ???? Update: I recently found out that they, like severalother fast food restaurants in the area are experiencing a shortage of workers that they sometimes have to close early. Theemployees that are still there, some have to work double shifts just to help keep the restaurant going. It's also corporatewhich lists the hours of operation on Google, not the restaurant itself. Drive through cashier didn't give back close to $15 in change from $20 bill. Realized fairly quickly & returned. She did not... apologize but gave me money that she had clearly halved with her coworker, dropped coin out window and expected me to retrieve. When I wouldn't she complained to her manager who asked the amount, put it in my hand and walked away AGAIN no apologies. Obviously I don't want to return with this kind of customer service! would not recommend ever ordering from here for delivery. always has missing items, even for a small order with 2 things and... rude customer service. ordered through the app and there was a situation where they had canceled my order after 2 hours ofwaiting. was told to call the store for more information and the person who picked up the phone straight up said,?not myproblem? and hung up. did not receive a refund, money back, an apology or anything. just the click of the phone ending. The night shift at this location has some of the most incompetent/untrained employees ever. In multiple experiences the food was... ice cold. So much for "always hot" fries. They can't even get the drinks correct. One star is too many. I literally just threw$25+ of their so called "food" into the garbage because it was inedible.
