We ate here before and had pizza which was pretty good. Good service too. Tonight we went and ordered cheeseburgers and fries.... The waitress took the order and when my partner was out of coffee which was cold he had to wait forever. Waved her down andshe brought the pot but it was the decaf pot. She said it had regular coffee in it when I questioned her. She was not verytalkative at all and when she finally brought our food she hadn?t paid attention to my order. She just looked at me weird whenI pointed it out. Gave mine to my partner too. Didn?t want red onions. She brought me cold diced onion to put on it. Theburger wasn?t well done and my partners was totally pink. The burger was a mess because they put all the condiments on it. Waytoo much Mayo. The fries looked done but were soggy so they weren?t cooked properly. All of that was the cooks fault. Thewaitress took forever to come to us and we had to ask the other one for bbq sauce for the chicken wings and extra napkins. Finally got a box and to go cup but then waited for the bill too long. The place wasn?t full so don?t know why she couldn?ttake care of things better. We normally tip good but not this time. Didn?t have her name but she was young and wearing a graypointy hat. The other waitress seemed more professional. We will go back for pizza but if we get service like that again wewon?t be back. Read more
I am here for business and not from the area so I tried this place bc I have never heard of it before. It was so good. I was one... of those customers that ordered last min. They could have told me it was too late to order, Esp for delivery. They served meanyway. The girl on the phone was very nice and the gentleman that brought me my pizza was also very nice. Have dined here many times but on 9.12.22 my wife and I had a bad experience with the waitstaff and the pizza, took a long time... to get waited on after they sat us at our table, long time to get drinks, the pizza sat in the window for approximately 6minutes before finally bringing it to my table. The pizza had at least 2 inches of no topping and then ¾ inches of sauce. Thepeople at the table next to us who were there before us had to tell the waitstaff their food was in the window ( had been putout same time as our pizza) It was as if the staff put no effort into their work and I don't blame the owner. I just had my food delivered on 9/12/2022? At 6:30pm? All my food was ice cold and I didn?t get any flavor on the crust like I... order and the bread was terrible.. It was like eating plain bread, Had no flavor or anything on the bread? I would not recommendthis place? Read more
