First time having a paleta & it did not disappoint. The Monarca is unique and a great change from normal ice cream... establishments. The staff were very friendly and kindly walked through how everything worked. The hardest part was deciding whatflavor to get!! Highly recommended for a sweet treat not only due to the fresh ingredients used but the beautiful decor insideand so many flavor combinations available. Read more

Loved the Paletas we tried. There are many flavors to choose from, fruity and creamy both. Then you get to choose your dipping... sauce, and then sprinklers and then an additional glaze of a different sauce. The service is nice and the ambiance cool. Read more
