A so-so experience on several occasions. One time we received very burnt appetizers. Small portions are the norm with a crazy... upcharge for fries, waffle fries or just a couple onion rings. Once, we got there 15 minutes prior to kitchen close (unbeknownstto us) and they clearly wanted to close it because they never asked us if we wanted to eat but when we finally asked, it wasalready shut down. Absolutely terrible customer service, in an unpleasant situation I tried to talk with... management about what happened and was kind and understanding and was met with rudeness and customer blaming for something outof my control, and theirs.
