Moe's was at one point our go to place. The last two visits, the food isn't as good as it had been. Then yesterday, they failed... to put guacamole on both our homewreckers. It was an online order and one of them had specific instructions not to forget it. Wehave to always remind them when going through the line too. How are we supposed to try the "GOAT" that they are marketing ifthey won't even put it on the product that is supposed to have it? Read more
A long time ago, if you were to ask me what my thoughts were about Moe's, I wouldn't have even considered it. very bad... experience at one other location for my first time. With that said, this location has not only changed my mind, I now come hereoften for lunch. completely changed my opinion about Moe's, here at Lake Wylie this team makes amazing food, very kind and veryfast service. Only good thing about my trip was the "Welcome to Moe's" when I came through the door. I don't like that they leave your pickup... order by exit door- in all honesty, anyone can pick up your order or go through your bag. I didn't complain because they werelate fixing it anyways, so it was pretty much placed in my hand. My biggest issue was the actual food. I guess I came in withhigher expectations. I usually frequent Chipotle, which is near my house, however, Moe's is near my job so I decided to give ita try. I use to frequent a Moe's in my college days on campus. It was nothing like I remembered. My food was cold, the chickenbowl had abt 4 chunks of chicken. They were kind to place about 1/2 of onion and 1/4 of bell peper whole, in my bowl. May needto invest in a better chopper/slicer. My bowl was missing the cucumber and sour cream. I had to fix my own salsa for my onlineorder. We go fairly often because my kids love it. I keep saying ?never again?, but give it another chance, saying ?maybe this time?... when the kids insist it?s what they really want. At least 50% of the time, items are missing and/or incorrect. Over the last fewweeks (or months?), the cheese hasn?t even been melted on the quesadillas. I called and reported issues on the app a few times,but nothing ever came of it, I eventually gave up on reporting them, even though it keeps happening. Today I had a lukewarmquesadilla with what still looked like shredded cheese (not melted at all) and chunky queso? (chunks of queso pictured-looks abit like chicken but nope- it?s the dip. The pictured cheese fell from the quesadilla- that?s how undercooked they havebeen.) Experience/service is fine. Food and accuracy could use a lot of improvement. Read more
