Can't go wrong with Carl's Jr fire food and the beyond burger is a game changer.
The floors were not really clean as it should have been and the Western Burger was a little dry but OK
Paid $4.37 for a double cheeseburger that was very dry no flavor very large pieces of onion,a Squirt of ketchup, the top bun was... falling apart on the outside as if it was very old, I hate to say this but I pay $2.37 for a double cheeseburger somewhere elseand it taste a lot better and very moist. I usually come to this Carl's Junior after my kids practice. My overall experience is usually pleasant but not this evening... December 7 around 9:30 pm. I came through the drive through using 2 coupons. The lady who took my order seem annoyed of me. SoI didn't let it bother me. But after I paid, she mentioned to me that it will be a little wait because of some fresh hot fries. Came home to some cold hard fries. I don't appreciate her lying and having horrible intentions against me. I did call and voicemy concerns to this store but I got hung up on. It seem like the person I contact at that store was the person who handle myorder. Very disappointed at this particular person handling customer service. Read more
