Best Subway experience ever. Food was fresh, and the staff was fantastic.
I would come to this subway always and never really had a bad experience. I came today around 2 pm, and the customer service was... bad?. I got a foot long and when being asked for cheese the guy was already being rude, like he was mad at me ??? Was in such ahurry, with only me and this duo of ladies in line, that he didn?t even ask if I wanted the sandwich toasted. On top of itlaughed when I asked for pastrami for another sandwich, as if it?s displayed anywhere that they don?t have pastrami, first ofmany times I?ve come here btw. Someone told me it was the owner and if it is, owner needs to develop better customer serviceskills. Oh yea, forgot to mention I went to get ice and there was black bits all in the ice, NASTY, and their vitamin water forfountain drinks is spitting out WATER with no ?out of order? sign. I went here to purchase a sandwich, when I walked in I saw one of the sandwich preparers picking her nose, she then ask me if I... wanted a sandwich, I was in shock, knowing that I caught her picking her nose she walks to the sink and puts just a dab of wateron one hand then she put on her used gloves back on. Had to pass on this sandwich. I will never go here for another sandwich.Customers have the right to know this, wish I could have recorded my experience. Read more
