The man at the front counter was not very friendly when I went to pickup my order. The lady that came to help when the man... walked away from me without saying a word was very friendly (hence the stars given) When I got home, half my order was missingin the bag and when I called to let them know, I was informed it would take 7-10 business days for a partial refund... theywere not willing to deliver my missing items so I have no choice but to wait. Group of 8 people went into this establishment prior to lunch service (1100am) We sat down promptly and waitress was with us... right away. As the time went on ordered appetizers and drinks that arrived at the table promptly. Ordered meals and that's whenit went sideways. Waited for an hour for the first 3 orders to hit the table. Was approx another 30 minutes for other orders toarrive. There was still 2 people without their food. 15 minutes later their food arrived and everyone else was almost finished.Food was cold, mediocre, and has room for improvement. There was 3 other parties of no more than 3 people in the restaurant.This was prior to the lunch rush and service should had been quicker than what it was. My experience was average at best andwould had hated to see what the lunch rush would had been like. Read more
