Ordered my pizza at 7:50, and had an ETA of about 40-50 minutes. Ok by me, I get it's busy and restaurants are short staffed.... BUT it's been TWO HOURS since I've placed my order and my pizza still isn't here. I tried to call the store to cancel my orderor get a status update and the number is DISCONNECTED. At this point, I am frustrated. As I watch the tracker the driver isgoing in the opposite direction 3x now and BACK to the store. I live 7 minutes with traffic from this store and I'm frustratedbecause I could've picked up, or found a different option. UPDATE: I received my order but it's cold, the delivery driver wasnice and I just didn't want to waste my time for excuses. If it's going to be longer than expected PLEASE just CALL orSOMETHING.
