In Montgomery County we had a great papa johns with great tasting pizza and wings. The Cockeysville location has done something... to the taste of the pizza sauce and wings weren't the wings I remember enjoying while watching the ravens game. Also the persontaking our order was having a bad day. Don't be so smug and mean when taking customer orders. Read more
Well, it's an average pizza place. I have been a customer for years because my son regularly asks for pizzas. Anyway, whatever... you do, DO NOT order 50% off promo pizzas. They are made with their lower quality pizza dough and they are horrible. Read more
This place used to be good, and I would order from here regularly, but tonight they messed up so badly, I will never order from... here again. They charged for my order 3 times, reversed the payments 3 times, then put it as cash without evening telling me,could not explain why they charged the card multiple times after being on hold for 15 minutes, then held the food hostage for 45minutes because of their mistake. Then expected me to still pay cash, for cold food and for their mistake if they felt likeshowing up, for which I said no because it was their fault. Ordered online at 615 pm. Estimated delivery time 45-55 minutes. 1.5 hours later no food and no one willing to answer a phone... at the store. Been on hold for 21 minutes now just listening to a Papa Johns employment advertisement on repeat, waiting tospeak to a real person. Automated systems still say that our order is only 45 minutes away. Completely ridiculous. Read more

Spouse placed a late night order online and found out after site took the payment that it wasn?t going to be delivered until the... next day. He had tried to cancel the order and it would not cancel so it charged him over $30 for a medium pizza (1/2topping-that actually looked small) which is a complete rip off (not including tip). The next day as soon as the locationopened he called to try to get a refund but the manager wouldn?t allow it despite what had happened. This is just wrong on somany levels and all that this ?manager? wanted was to make his profit. Therefore stay away from this location. Better yet donot order from Papa John?s because clearly they do not stand by proper customer values as demonstrated by this corruptmanager Hey Papa John?s! Here?s some friendly business advice: why don?t you fix your website so if someone places an orderwhen it?s too close to closing then it should automatically cancel/kick out the order instead of allowing what had happened tomy spouse?! We did not want a pizza 11am the next day and a refund for this inconvenience would have been appreciated from thatlocation?s manager. Read more
