Best crabcake place ever. My fiance and I stopped by on a whim to hit Pappas Restaurant on a Saturday around 1:00 in the... afternoon. Place was humming along like normal, and we didn't have to wait. Sat at a table on the bar side so I can watchfootball and golf. We each got a crabcake and she got an entree salad while I got a side salad and baked potato. It was theright decision at the right time because their food and service is great. Read more

Rhonda was an amazing waitress and this place is so awesome. On one side is the lounge and bar, the other is a more sit in... restaurant. The atmosphere is calm one the dine in side but the bar has the typical casual relax and watch the game feel. Thestaff are all super friendly, table kept up, drinks refilled without being asked. It was a pleasurable experience and we can'twait to go back. Oh and the food was fantastic. Crab cakes are everything they promised. Read more

The crab cake was very good. Chicken parmesan was delicious as well. We did ask for extra sauce and didn't really get it but the... sauce we did get had a good flavor to it. The service was very good. Prices are a little high. But other than that everythingwas very nice Read more

This is my first visit at this location. I was not greeted upon entry; however, I spoke to the guy at the register first anyway.... I asked for a menu, and he pointed to the stack on the counter next to him. As I read the menu, he and the other guy at thecounter loudly talked to each other, jokingly using profanity. No one offered any suggestions, nor invited me to sit as Iwaited for my takeout. No one offered anything to drink. After I signed my credit card receipt, the 2nd guy in the cap actuallyread my receipt in front of me and scoffed at not receiving a tip. Then, they continued loud talking with each other andstanding around waiting for orders, I assume. The first guy kept checking his cell phone too. They had the plastic utensilsand crackers sitting on a table near the door, where customers grabbed their own utensils. When my meal came out, the guys atthe counter finished their personal conversation before looking into the bag to see to whom the meal belonged. Then, the firstguy motioned to me to get up and get it, as he walked back toward the register. I have never seen cashiers so nonchalant abouthanding a customer a menu, or a meal, or answering a question. He wouldn't even pick the bag up from the counter to hand it tome. Then, I look at my meal, and my side order is not an actual potato that has been baked twice, as explained; it's somemashed potatoes that was baked. I clearly explained that I wanted a baked potato and even inquired about the sour cream andbutter that the 2nd guy assured me would be on it. Well, it was not on it, nor did any condiments come with it. Even thoughthe exterior sign states dine-in for one door and take-out for the other, it's all one large restaurant. The music playing onthe take-out side was very upbeat. They also have outdoor dining. My food was just OK. My tip would be for management totrain these two gentlemen on Customer Service. Tips are voluntary and based upon the quality of the service Read more
