WORST worst hands down!!!!! I ordered a spicy potato soft taco with extra potatoes. Very COLD & HARD potatoes!! I took the taco... back in the store after I took a bite out it to see if they could remake it correctly. They gave me the SAME taco that I biteout of and added more COLD potatoes!! I ask the manager was that acceptable and she shrugged her shoulders! She said NOTHING tothe cook and just gave me a refund like I requested!!! I've literally been here over a hundred times probably. I do a lot of orders just for myself and for work. When it's a small... order everything is usually right. When it's a large order there's often something missing. I don't even deduct a star for thatbecause that's par for the course for every fast food chain I've ever been to. Fast food restaurants just don't do well withlarge orders as a rule. They're always friendly and just take my word for it when something's missing. Sometimes they ask forthe receipt though. The food was good. I ordered the Nacho Fries Box and the Doritos locos tacos combo. I can't really say much about the service... because I used the tablets they have in store to order. It was quiet in the restaurant, but the floors weren't very clean. Read more
Taco Bell is always a go-to for me when I need a quick satisfying bite on the go. In the area for work purposes a week ago... around lunchtime (1 pm). Went through the drive through. Ordering and receiving food was really quick. Employees/ customerservice was friendly and professional. Upon checking my bag before leaving the drive through window, I noticed they mistakenlygave me 1 taco instead of 2. Perhaps they misheard me during ordering? Upon notifying them, they quickly made a second, swipedmy card for the extra one and I was on my way? the whole experience (even with them rectifying the mistake) probably took 2-3minutes.
