Went in and sat down. Was greated at we walked in with hello but ended up leaving after about 15 minutes. Noone ever gave us... menus, ordered drinks... nothing. Normally I would not give a bad review over a visit but I stopped coming here a few years agobecause of the exact same experience back then. The server helping other tables didn't even day anything as we were leaving.Seems like their service has not improved. Read more
I don't want to say that Jabbers is terrible. It's a neighborhood restaurant that could do so much better. But, sadly, it IS... terrible. There were 8 of us that went on a Saturday evening. There weren't a lot of people there, but it was more than the ONEwaitress they had could handle. Shortly after putting in our order, that waitress had a family emergency and had to leave. Noneof this is on her. Family first. Always. The bartender, and someone that I suspect was the owners relative, tried to handle theguests. They just couldn't do it. After a very long wait, half of our table got food. 30 minutes later the other half still hadno food. I didn't even get what I ordered. All of the food that was supposed to be hot, was cold. They should have stoppedtaking new customers until they were treading water better. They also should have comped our meal. Waiting over an hour for coldmeals and no drink refills is just terrible. We had already cut back on going there because service and food quality had beengoing down hill. This was likely our final attempt to give them a chance. Read more
Friendly and mostly attentive staff, but during the lunch rush, there were only two people to cover both the restaurant and bar... sections. Quality of the food needs work. Burning the toast of a sandwich doesn't say much for the kitchen skill. Basic menuwith pricing to match. Not bad, but not good either. Read more
The was my family?s first time at Jabbers ? and we were thoroughly impressed. My wife already wants to go back! The NY Sirloin... was tremendous, as was the taco salad. The prices are good, it?s clean, and definitely has a cozy family-type feel. We even tookadvantage of happy hour. Easy five-star rating! Read more
