Chicken was not crispy or crunchy and mac n chz was not good. Idk what kind of chz they use but it was gross. Biscuit was okay... didnt like the honey drizzled on top though. Kids enjoyed it but kids will eat anything. Read more
The chicken livers were excellent. The chicken itself was great and the fish was good as well. Will definitely be back.
I ordered their tenders with fries and a boudin ball. I really enjoyed the tenders. They were a bit salty. In my opinion... they tenders aren't as good as Raising Canes but are better than Zaxbys. The boudin ball was tasty but a bit dense and could'vehad a crispier exterior. The fries I definitely could've skipped. They were very oily and bland. I will definitely return! Read more
There's nothing like authentic soul food.... this is the spot! The owner was very kind and actually took the time to cook my... order fresh because it was generally a phone in order. Used to love going here the manager was always nice.after last night I won't be ordering from here again .I didn't know the wing... flavors so I was trying to tell the cashier and manager what I wanted apparently I did not speak fast enough or they did notunderstand what I was saying.the cashier was being rude and the manager got an attitude and rolled his eyes .on top of that theyleft one of my orders out,I called to let them know and I was mocked so I didn't go get it .very disappointing but the wingswere great.
