I don't know really where to start. There have been many sub-par experiences from this location. I have also called the... management a couple of times to no avail. No need to worry at this point I won't visit your location ever again. When a customerwants a shake a little thicker please either put less milk or add more ice cream. Adding ice makes it taste watery then when acustomer calls and leaves a message maybe call them back. Read more
