I order the croissant sandwich throug the app and when I drove into the drive through there was no answer, so I decided to drive... to the window to find the manager trying to figure out how to work the headset I gave her my name and informed that I waspicking up she said that I have to drive around and wait by the door because the kitchen was not ready and that I had to waitand there is a timer. I refused and explained that I needed to go to work. She closed the window and after a while came out andsaid that I was going to be late for work because they are not ready it was 9am. I said that I leave a complain she said she didnot care. I cancelled my order and contacted customer service. They will speak to store owner to have that manager trainedcorrectly. This location has been the best of the local BKs. This current review is from a few days ago. I feel as though I come here... really because it's not as busy. I sometimes wonder about the talkative lady who takes my order. She's a unique experience,refreshing, friendly, personable, but lady, take my order and stop chit chatting. Press those buttons. It's been 2 minutes, Idon't care about your life. Your coworkers also clearly hate working with you. She's not very good at reading my "I don't wantto talk about random people you met x years ago, I'm hungry, take my order so they can start making my food and let me go. No,don't come over and start talking to me after i sit down and put my headphones on. Yes, please go back to the register and takethe next customer." It's annoying. Let me just say, I have been coming here for YEARS and everytime Letoya is working she goes above and beyond. Always with a... smile, always makes sure you have all your sauces, creamers ect. I have never been in a fast food place where the person thattakes your order cares so much. Today I had to ask for her name a leave a review because work like this can't go unnoticed.Thank you Letoya for all you do.
