I order from here a lot and it?s a hit or miss. Lately I?ve been lucky and it?s been really good. Tonight I was HIGHLY... DISAPPOINTED! Ordered my food at 6 went to pick up at 6:45 ( it?s never ready on time so I gave them extra time to have itready), got all the way home and my wings were extremely small and soooo overcooked! Hard as a rock! Ordered Cajun corn ( payedextra) and that also was hard as a rock and very disgusting! Took my food back to be remade only to have to wait another 30 min????. Got home opened my food and same issue! Especially the corn! Still hard as ever and honestly I think it?s the same cornfrom my first order! Something told me to check before I left but I was already annoyed and wanted to hurry back and feed my sonbefore his bedtime! Everything went in the trash! Its sad how bad wingstops customer service has gone down, I would do this review for all the locations but this is the one I go... to most because the food is decent. The customer service is so bad. If you have a short temper do NOT call to order because Ipromise you, you either are going to be mad because you have to repeat yourself 75 times, or you are going to feel like yourtalking to a 5th grader. Extremely frustrating. They will put you on hold in the middle of your sentence. I promise this is notthe first time for me, probably my third! Thats why im writing this review now.
