Pretty good BBQ with a friendly staff. The BBQ was good, not too heavily smoked and a good selection of BBQ sauce for the... Yankees who need sauce, the meat doesn't need sauce though. The pulled pork was excellent, nice smoky flavor and tender and juicy. The brisket was quite tough and the ribs were such I just... had one bite; fatty, gristly and lacking that good smoke you expect in BBQ. The service was excellent and food arrived veryquickly. Bubba's is a delicious option for BBQ in Cody! Every time I go to Bubba's I know exactly what I want, and so does my sister, and... my parents... And we all have different usual's... their menu is great, because it's one of those where its descriptionaccurately fits its product... if it says it's cinnamon roll takes a whole plate, they aren't lying. My favorites are and oftheir Smoked Turkey Options (Omelettes, Sandwich, Plates) or Their Salad Bar, which is the best salad bar in town! The pricesare very fair!
