It works in a pinch, but I've never been a fast-food fan. The nutritional benefit of any major fast food franchise, from Wendy's... to Burger King, or Jack in the Box to Mcdonald's, are all going to be minimal at best. The one exception may only come from In &Out, who uses only fresh, non-processed unfrozen ingredients. That set them apart from the international fast-food franchiserestaurants mentioned above. Burger King has always set itself apart by its cooking process being flame-broiled beef. Jack inthe Box, Mcdonald's, and Wendy's all cook on a flat grill that is essentially cooking on a pancake griddle. Order burger king just now. Got 2 order of chicken fries and 2 bacon cheeseburgers. The cheeseburgers were okay but the chicken... fries are so overcooked or they so old when you grab them they crumble apart. They are not even edible.
