WOW! What an awesome place to eat, and what a great host. The food is wonderful, I had the pulled pork, and the restaurant is... clean and well kept, but the host greeted everyone and carried on a conversation as if you meant something to him. We ordered take out and they waited till we arrived to cut the ribs to ensure best quality and taste. The ribs had an amazingly... smoky flavor, were meaty and not greasy at all. I needed no BBQ sauce with mine. We also had the baked beans and potato salad. Both were so good. I love a restaurant with a concise menu. You know what you are getting will be delicious. We split a two meat meal with potato salad as our side. It was very good, but it was not phenomenal. I know we are spoiled at... a little meat market that smokes brisket once a week, we buy it that day and eat it for supper while it?s still warm from theirgrill (which makes it extremely mouse and never in need of sauce). I did use sauce on this brisket, and it wasn?t as moist asI?d like. Service was phenomenal, quick and friendly. Everything was clean.
