I ordered a Papa Perfect pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, I also asked for olives on the Hawaiian side. I only got... 6 pieces of pepperoni, nothing extra, and no olives. So now 2 months later I decide to go back and give them another try. July 1st 2022... 11:30am. I grab a premade salad that was... to expire 07/02/2022... Not only did I not get a "Fresh" salad there was more black, slimy, wilted lettuce than before! How doesthis get past the standard of quality fresh food?!?!?! I have worked in food my entire life and I would be ashamed of lettingthis be served let alone charged a price for. This is complete neglegence of standards and respect of the customer. Even if Ionly spend $4 or $100 the standard should still be the same. The customer service is always great so why not put that sameeffort into the food you serve. I will NOT be returning. If I could give no stars I would because that is the quality andstandard of food you clearly are charging for. I usually have a very good experience when I come to Papa Murphy's but this timeI am extremely disappointed. Spent $12 on 2 fresh premade salads and found rotten wilted lettuce in my fresh salad... You guysneed to take a little care and pride in your products... This is unacceptable. Read more
