If I could give 0 stars I would. They first made me sit in the drive through for 10 minutes before even taking my order and then... made my sandwich wrong! I ordered the club and had it toasted. When I got the sandwich it wasn't toasted there was no bacon andthe employee was snippy and tried to deny everything. I also was told that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes when, clearly,they were not out when I went in to get my sandwich fixed. If you are looking for a sanfran to eat from don't choose thislocation. Read more

Was greeted at the drive through and asked. Please wait. I sat patiently for over 10 minutes Waiting....I finally called the... store and asked how much longer it would be. They said not much longer and to go ahead and drive up to the window to order. So Iproceeded to go up the window where I waited without anyone coming to greet me for another 10 minutes!!!! I was never greetedand eventually drove away. I waited 29 minutes with nothing and this is not an exaggeration. Unbelieveable. Read more
My boyfriend and I are so upset right now. We first drove to one sandwich shop that says it?s open on Sundays but turns out it... wasn?t open. So we drove to this one, spent over 20 dollars and the photo below was one of the sandwiches. Had little to notoppings and was a size for a child. My boyfriend ordered his sandwich, which doesn?t come with onions he can?t eat them and ithad them on it so he didn?t even eat his. I ordered a bowl of soup and got a cup. We got no side pickles and no bread with thesoup. Our bread on our sandwiches was cold. And to top it off when I ordered the soup he said it was cold and asked if I wantedit put in the microwave. Not sure why the soup would be cold especially when it?s sitting in a warmer, I ate that and I?m reallyhoping i don?t get sick. When we got home with our bag of food is when we noticed everything, we were not still at the store.Would absolutely never recommend and we will never be going back. Very disappointed. Read more
