I have been going to this restaurant since I was a child, and have never had such a bad experience as I have the last 2 times I... have had lunch there. We have had the same waiter, and he is so extremely rude. He acts like he does not like his job, or youfor that matter. On top of it, not sure who he was upset with, but while clearing dishes, he was throwing them in the tub andmaking so much noise, that it was causing a scene.The first visit of our bad experience, the food was great, aside from thewaiters attitude. The second visit, we ordered eggs benedict, it was absolutely terrible, and cold. For future, if we do want toeat there again, I will check to make sure that waiter is not on shift, and no eggs benedict. Read more
It was amazing. I ordered over $300 worth of food for myself and the staff here at Silver Ridge Care (formerly known as... Lacrosse Health and Rehabilitation Center) in Coeur d'Alene, ID. It came to us in such a timely fashion that it was still hot!Kudos to Shari's Restaurant cooks! They did a tremendous job putting out that amout of food so quickly. Server acted like he didn't care for his job at all. I ordered the club and I feel you could add more than one slice of turkey... and crumbled bacon. Was very disappointed. Fries were good. I raved to my guest about your food now I see why it took so longto go back. Pie was delicious. Read more

Came here due to it being next to our hotel. There were 9 of us who ordered and not one of us ate our meal. 6 of the meals were... cold (gravy I?ve cold, veggies cold) and several were sent back 3 times. Still cold. They did not offer to fix it but continuedto bring the bill with no acknowledgment of the issue. Waited quite a while to get our food to top it off. I would neverrecommend this place. Read more
