The workers are incapable of answering the phone after leaving out part of my order. We ordered online. They also gave us a... regular mountain dew when both drinks were baja blasts, we did receive a corrected drink after telling them. Read more
Less than 1 star. You mobile order to try and be quick. They don't have the items but because you mobile order they can hold... your funds for 3-4 business days. Which means you're just hoping that money comes back to your account. But now you need dinnerbecause it's late so you have to have more money taken out of your account to go somewhere else. Don't use the mobile app. I amnot blaming the employees she tried to help with the best of her knowledge of the app. But a cashier should be able to editmobile order. We stopped by this taco bell at 12:30am on 12/10/2022, sat in the drive through for a few minutes for someone to answer which no... one did, after pulling around to the window we saw a girl who looked at us and just shook her head, would not even come to thewindow to have a conversation with a potential customer, if your hours as posted are supposed to be until "1am or later" thenthose should be your hours or change them to reflect when staff actually starts to clean up.
