The place went through a renovation, however, it's dirty and there is no service. After arriving and sitting there for 10... minutes, a drunk server arrived to ask what we want. Upon speaking with the guy in front he said that is the service they have.My friend went to the rest room and came back saying it was a disaster. Big Zero for VIP lounge. Read more

Have attempted to get food multiple times now and there was some "technical issue" today, aka I don't think they checked the... GrubHub orders, since they had no clue what the food I was there to pick up was. The place was not busy at all today. Aprevious time I went in as the place was opened and I was told that the restaurant was not ready for food orders yet and that Iwould have to wait for them before I could put an order in. Highly unprofessional on multiple accounts. The few times I have atethem the food is alright, but it is not that good just the most convenient Mediterranean place by me. It is very disappointinghow unprofessional they have shown themselves to be. VIP is an ironic name choice. Mediterranean in Kentucky? Absolutely. Let?s start by the ambiance which takes you back home to Lebanon, Turkey or Egypt - the... decor and music get you in the groove to eat good food. The secret home made tea also transports you. The food is flavorful,and not too salty with just the perfect spices. The service by Tomy and team are outstanding. I will definitely return. Read more
