So good! This was our first hot pot experience and the waiter was great, helping us pick a broth, letting us know about the... sauce options, and being super attendant. (We never had to wonder where he was or wait around for him so we could order more.The food came out really quickly, too, and it was pretty crowded.) We had the mushroom rib broth, a white-ish color, and the tomyum, the red-brown side. Both were excellent! The price was really great for a buffet meal and we left feeling so full andsatisfied. While I loved the concept, the food left so much to be desired. I love the hot pot idea, this was my first experience. The place... was cute, the staff was nice. The food was not great. It seems as though they procured the lowest quality food to put in the hotpot and I wasn?t even sure the sushi was real meat. I will try the hot pot at another restaurant to compare.
