I had a nice breakfast as a guest at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center my last day in town. I ordered the Aggieland... Scramble. It was tasty, but the side biscuits with gravy that come with it weren't flaky enough for my taste. They weren'tbad, just a little disappointing. Service was prompt & courteous at 7:30am-ish. I had my coffee within a minute of beingseated, and water and the OJ i requested. If I'm in town I think I'd eat elsewhere for lunch and dinner, but if you're a hotelguest this is your breakfast destination. Read more
Went there to have dinner on a good night. Ordered salmon which took ages to arrive. It was like they had to go to an ocean to... catch and bring it back. I taste it and it reminds of drinking ocean water. So salty that my kidneys almost failed. Then I tellthem about the quality and they offer a replacement. The server lady was very nice and helpful. As I was enjoying thereplacement entrée, an angry wanna be chef appeared out of nowhere and started being aggressive. It was like he came to cookafter a fresh divorce. Jokes apart, it?s unfortunate seeing chefs defending their food. I am not a picky person, but if thesalmon is salty then it?s salty. Hopefully, I will visit again and see improvements. Read more
