Super good tacos. The tamale bread is their flour tortilla option made with masa. I highly recommend. Mad Taco has a fresh and... modern vibe love it! The bacon jam is amazing and I recommend getting it on the side. It is a balanced and delicious mix ofsweet, salty, and spicy! I had the garlic Parmesan fries and the chicken fajita taco. Staff is super friendly. Fast service. Clean restrooms. Clean dining area. We had the beef fajita and the chili pork tacos. Both... had great flavor. Tortillas were more like a thin flat bread due to the corn and flour mix than a traditional Mexican tortilla.Not bad just different than I was expecting. My wife and I both got margarita flights. I was talking to the bartender and theyuse excellent and sometimes handmade ingredients. The margaritas were too sweet for our tastes. In our opinion the best oneswere the jalapeno pineapple, the strawberry and I did mostly enjoy the smoked jalapeno. The rest were a bit overly sweet. Weended up ordering a couple of the delicious jalapeno pineapple margaritas on the rocks and we really enjoy the fact that hadTajin to rim the glasses in. Tajin adds a lot of flavor to the taste of a spicy margarita. They need agave nectar to rim aswell. Over all it was good and we will come back. Read more

Prepare for explosions of flavor. Mad Taco is among my favorite restaurants in College Station. The tamale bread tortillas are... perfection and the margarita flights are game changing. New flavors of tacos and margaritas are introduced monthly/seasonallyand rarely disappoint. This may not be the best venue for the pickiest of eaters; the children?s menu is a safe place for thosethat are hesitant. I would not hesitate in recommending Mad Taco as definitely worth visiting while in Bryan/College Station. Read more
