We ordered pretzel, 6 sprites with cranberry and vanilla, a slushie with nerds and a big red and we got a pretzel with no... cheese, 6 regular sprites with no flavoring and no nerds in the slush and they were all very under filled. Called to see if theywould correct the order and they said to come back in 5 minutes and they would have them ready and waiting but after lettingthem know we were there and waiting for half an hour we left... they wouldn't do a refund or help us out with even replacing thefood... so so disappointing Read more
Very disappointed. Order completely wrong. Not to mention the fries tasted and looked like they had been sitting there all day.... Gave all Dr Pepper drinks. NOT what we ordered, or what was repeated back to me at the speaker. Chicken strips burnt andlooked to be soaked with oil. Burgers made wrong. Ordered two hamburgers with cheese before 11 am. My sandwiches were horrible. Both sandwiches were leaking as if hurricane... Harvey made a revisit to the state of Texas. My wife and I both had indigestion from this meal. My advice is stay away fromprobably cooked foods from the day before! Read more
The "Big Dill" was a big disappointment. They put 3 pickle slices, and 3 pickle fries. And I thought I was supposed to get ranch... dressing but didn't. I've had the pickle fries on their own and they were good - in my opinion, just get them as a side and putem on yourself. At least that way they might not be soggy. Read more

I was a little disappointed today with Sonic. I got the popcorn chicken and it was so hard I couldn't chew it. I could tell it... was not fresh and was left out after cooked and got hard. I had to throw it away. And I live a block away. Read more
